Build a Stronger You
Private coaching.
Structured rebuilding.
A guided program for high-functioning adults ready to stop using cocaine and rebuild the systems, routines, and direction that make change sustainable.
A program built around execution.
Each week connects private coaching with clear education and work to complete between sessions. You always know what you are working on, why it matters, and what must happen next.
Private coaching
Meet online one-to-one for guidance, correction, planning, and direct support around your current stage.
Learn the framework
Use the education platform to understand the phase, its priorities, and the changes you are implementing.
Do the work
Complete assigned work, prepare for sessions, and build SMART goals that translate intention into action.
Review and progress
Report honestly, adjust the plan, and advance when stability and consistency—not simply time—show you are ready.
Not a self-directed course. Not open-ended conversation. A structured process you apply in real life.
Four phases. The right order.
The program begins with stabilization, then expands into the areas of life that need rebuilding. Each phase creates the conditions for the next.
Physical Stabilization
Establish the routines and physical foundations needed to stop using and regain dependable daily stability.
Life Organization
Bring structure to your schedule, environment, responsibilities, finances, and the systems supporting your day.
Social & Recreational Rebuilding
Rebuild connection, enjoyment, and a social life that no longer revolves around cocaine.
Life Direction
Turn stability into forward movement by defining what you are building and the standards that will sustain it.
Everything connects to the work.
The objective is not dependency on coaching. It is to build enough structure, knowledge, and consistency to continue independently.
Stable enough to participate. Ready enough to change.
Designed for adults whose cocaine use is affecting their life, while they continue working, running a business, or managing regular responsibilities. You need stable housing, a predictable enough schedule to participate, and a decision to stop when the program begins.
No rushed finish line.
Completion depends on your starting point, consistency, participation, and ability to apply the work. You progress when the foundations are demonstrated—not because a calendar says it is time.
Start with the orientation.
The orientation video explains the process, expectations, and how to determine whether this program is the right fit for you.

Online 1:1 Coaching
Participate from anywhere through private online coaching sessions focused on structure, accountability, execution, and the practical rebuilding of daily life after cocaine cessation.
Learning Platform
Access video lessons, implementation instructions, and assigned work for each phase. Learn what to change, why it matters, and how to apply it before moving forward.
Phase-Based Structure
Follow a structured progression, beginning with physical stabilization before expanding into life organization, social and recreational rebuilding, and future direction.
Built Around Real Life
Continue managing work, responsibilities, and daily life while participating fully, completing assigned work, and applying each phase between sessions.
THE FOUR PHASES
-
Learn the foundations of sleep regulation, nutrition structure, hydration, movement, routine building, and daily baseline tracking. Apply basic physical routines, track daily stability, and build consistency around the body first. The result is a more stable physical foundation before larger life rebuilding begins.
-
Build systems to organize finances, manage recurring responsibilities, rebuild your living environment, create weekly planning systems, and strengthen professional structure. Apply practical systems to your money, schedule, space, work, and daily obligations. The result is a life that becomes more organized, predictable, and easier to manage.
-
Establish social structure, manage relational boundaries, plan activities without substances, use free time intentionally, and reconnect with hobbies and interests. Apply new social, recreational, and free time structures that support the life you are rebuilding. The result is a life that becomes broader, healthier, and less isolated.
-
Define future priorities, set long term goals, make structured decisions, plan personal projects, maintain rebuilt systems, and continue expanding independently. Apply planning tools to your future, responsibilities, goals, and new direction. The result is the ability to move forward with a clear structure for the next chapter of your life.
MY PHILOSOPHY
WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS
Most people are told just to stop using cocaine, but very few are shown how to rebuild the life that continues after stopping.
This program exists because cocaine cessation requires more than willpower, conversation, or good intentions. It requires structure, education, accountability, and a clear rebuilding process that can be followed while the body, routines, behavior, and daily life are stabilizing.
The program brings together two parts that are usually separated: direct one-on-one coaching and structured life rebuilding education. Coaching gives the client guidance, correction, accountability, and execution support. The education platform gives the client the knowledge, sequence, and framework needed to understand what they are rebuilding and why.
The objective is not to create dependency on coaching. The objective is to help the client rebuild enough structure, discipline, knowledge, and consistency to eventually continue the process independently.
THE PROGRAM
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
This is not a self-directed course. It is a structured coaching program that combines private one-on-one coaching with a life rebuilding education platform.
Your program includes:
One-on-one coaching sessions
Access to the life rebuilding education platform
Phase-based educational content
Assigned work connected to your current stage of rebuilding
SMART goal creation and review
Session preparation and progress reporting
Accountability around execution between sessions
Progression through physical stabilization, life organization, social and recreational rebuilding, and future direction
A structured process designed to help you stop using cocaine and rebuild the life that continues after stopping
Who Should Participate?
This program is designed for adults who use cocaine regularly enough that it is affecting their life, but who still have enough stability to participate in structured coaching.
You should be working, self-employed, or managing regular responsibilities. You should have stable housing, a predictable schedule, and enough control over your daily life to attend sessions, complete assigned work, and follow a structured process.
This program is for someone who knows cocaine is no longer compatible with the life they want to build, and is ready to stop using when the program begins.
How Long Does It Take to Complete the Program?
The program does not have one fixed completion date because life rebuilding after cocaine cessation depends on each client’s starting point, current stability, consistency, and ability to complete the work between sessions.
For most clients, a realistic timeframe for complete life rebuilding is approximately 8 to 12 months. Some may progress faster because they already have stronger routines, housing, work structure, and daily responsibilities in place. Others may need more time in physical stabilization before expanding into larger areas of life.
Progress is based on demonstrated stability, completed work, participation, and consistency, not simply on how much time has passed. The objective is not to move through the program as quickly as possible, but to rebuild in the right order and establish enough structure to continue independently.
Clients are free to leave the program at any time and on their own terms.
A NEW LIFE STARTS WITH A DECISION
